You can replace or add another email address as a sender in a running campaign. It may be useful when you eg. add a new email address and want to schedule some messages from the very beginning.

In order to change the sender:

1. Please enter the campaign,

2. Choose the prospects for whom you'd like to change the email sender. You can use the Step -> In progress filter as well,

3. Select the filtered group and click to Actions -> Change email sender

​4. Then, select the new email address and schedule messages!

That's it - new email account will be added to this campaign!
