How does Multi-account work?
Multi-account is a feature that allows you to view, manage and use many accounts with only one login and password. Thanks to this, actions such as running a campaign for your colleague or checking the results of your clients are a piece of cake now!
The first difference you’ll notice is the new bar on top of your interface. You can browse between accounts using the search bar on the top right.
Your connected accounts will be listed with a full picklist of accessible accounts.
What are the benefits of having a Multi-account?
Acting as a Multi-account user gives you complete freedom including campaign supervision, integration management as well as settings administration.
Having a Multi-account helps you to manage your team's workflow:
lets you overview your whole organization
enables access to all your organizations if you have more than one
improves communication within your team
allows you to manage campaigns from your colleague's account if he is out of the office
If you manage outbound campaigns for multiple customers, having a Mult-account is the most efficient and convenient way do do that. You can:
manage the client's campaigns and let them have insight and influence in the same time
arrange campaigns for different clients on different accounts so they don't mix up with each other
cover the same target group for multiple clients (the target groups will not de-duplicate as they are on different accounts)
Multiple accounts - multiple benefits!
If you want to make alterations to your Multiaccount setup or would like to have such a feature on your account, please let us know by writing to our Outbound Strategy Consultant or on the Customer Support chat - we will arrange everything for you!
You can manage all your accounts easily using the feature called concierge dashboard. You can enter it straight from your main Growbots dashboard by switching the tab on the top of the page:
Here you can see the list of all your sub-accounts, as well as some important information, which can help you decide which of the accounts needs some actions from your end.
You can click the dashboard button under the client's email address to move right into the specific account's dashboard.
The Prospects in progress / next 7 days column allows you to see the number of scheduled prospects - it helps you see which client needs to have more prospects scheduled.
The Deliverability status column helps you see which clients have good deliverability, and which are facing some SPAM issues. A green checkmark informs you that everything is good, an orange exclamation mark lets you know that there is some non-critical issue, such as the lack of one of the DNS records, and a red exclamation mark indicates critical deliverability issues.
The Warm replies / last 2 weeks column allows you to see the performance of your campaigns on the given account by seeing the number of warm replies they received in the last 2 weeks.
Once you access one of your sub-accounts, you can easily go back to your concierge dashboard by clicking the Back to concierge button at the top of the page:
