Event-based campaigns

You can approach event-based campaigns from two sides:

  • you might want to invite folks to an event you'll be hosting to popularize it and get them signed up (pre-event)

  • you might want to contact the folks you already met at a tradeshow/conference and make your connection stronger, which can lead to getting partnerships and more sales (post-event)

Time to set up in Growbots: 1 hour

In order to set up a pre-event campaign, you'll need to:

  • create a simple sequence of messages (2-4 steps)

  • filter out companies that would see value in an event

  • screen your prospecting list to make sure you reach out to companies that either took a part in an event or would like to do it

In order to set up a post-event campaign, you'll need to:

  • create a simple sequence of messages (2-4 steps)

  • import the email list of contacts you collected during the event and send an import-type campaign to them
