Step 3 - Growbots actions
You can choose which actions taken by you or the prospect should change the lead status in Salesforce. Fields that are left empty will not change the lead status. The first action type that is filled in is the moment the lead is created in your Salesforce (counting in rows from left to right).
Step 4 - Growbots status
The Salesforce integration is not only transmitting information from Growbots to Salesforce- you can also change your lead status in Growbots when you change it in your Salesforce.
Step 5 - Prospect's data
In this step, you can decide which fields in your Salesforce should be filled in with data from Growbots. There are 2 required fields: last name and company. Most probably, you’ll choose this setting for them:
Additionally, you can choose any other fields in your Salesforce to be filed with data from Growbots. In this case, the user chose to import the email_domain to be displayed in Salesforce as Website.
You can also type the word(s) you'd like to see as Salesforce fields manually:
For example if you want Salesforce field Source to be filled with "Growbots", simply type Growbots and click Add Value and green ADD button.
Step 6 - Lead Owners
Your organization may have more than 1 user in Growbots. In this section, you can decide whether to add Growbots users as lead owners in your Salesforce. Thanks to this, you’ll be able to determine which Growbots user generated which lead.
Step 7 - Track activity
In this step decide whether to track the emails you sent to prospects via Growbots and the replies you receive. The events will be recorded in Salesforce as tasks within Activity section.
Step 8 - Confirmation
That’s the last step- you’ll see a confirmation whether the connection has been successful.
