Everyone wants their desk to be neat, right? And so are we! In this article you'll learn how to hide the campaigns, templates and sequences that clutter your account.
Archiving a campaign
If you want to archive the ongoing campaign, you have to pause all scheduled messages. Don't worry, you don't have to pause all of them manually, just click Pause all scheduled messages in selected campaign when the pop-up window appears.
Archiving a campaign means that you won't see it on the list of Current campaigns and won't be able to schedule messages or generate prospects within this campaign.
NOTE: You won't be able to generate or import the prospects who already exist in archived campaigns.
You can always restore a campaign from the archive when you need it and schedule the next batch of messages then.
NOTE: Draft campaign can’t be archived.
Archiving a template
Archiving a template means that it will remain in sequences and campaigns where it's used, but you won't see it:
- on the list of templates when creating new sequences
- on the list of templates in the Current tab
You can always restore a template from the archive when you need it.
NOTE: There are no consequences to archiving a template apart from disappearing from the lists.
Archiving a sequence
Archiving a sequence means that it will remain in campaigns where it's used, but you won't see it:
- on the list of sequences when creating new campaigns.
- on the list of sequences in the Current tab
You can always restore a sequence from the archive when you need it.
NOTE: There are no consequences to archiving a sequence apart from disappearing from the lists.
