Is there a possibility that I generate the same prospect in another campaign?
There's no chance you generate the same prospect twice in two different projects and even if you import your own contacts, Growbots won't let you upload the ones that already exist in your account. When I select multiple email addresses to be used in one campaign, how are you going to split messages among them?
We’re going to split the messages equally, so if you e.g. schedule 150 messages and select 3 email addresses - the system will send 50 messages from each email address.
If I choose the option “send initial message immediately”, will the messages go out now or will it take the timing conditions into account?
The message will go out immediately, unless you have already scheduled the maximum emails for the channel for the day. If your sending limits are crossed, the system will try to find the next possible day (taking hour condition into account) for the initial message to be sent.
How can I export the list of prospects I’ve generated if I don’t want to send messages right away?
To generate the prospects directly to export, you need to choose the third, Export strategy. If you’ve already generated them using the other strategy, you can accept them, schedule a campaign which will start in 2-3 days, open the campaign after scheduling, pause the messages and export the contacts. Can I schedule message for e.g. 8:24 AM exactly?
You can select the interval when the messages should be sent, e.g. 8-10am and we will optimize the sending time of your messages in the chosen time-frame, but not on the exact hour and minute. Remember that we always send emails according to the prospects’ time zone.
I found prospects who fit my other campaign - what should I do?
You can easily transfer them to another campaign. To do so, select them and click on the button
To transfer prospects from existing campaigns open that campaign -> select prospects -> choose Actions -> Transfer to another campaign. Remember to transfer your prospect before the original campaign will start or else be sure to pause their campaign before transferring. Keep in mind you have the ability to transfer your prospects who already received some messages, just be sure it makes sense to do so. Read more…
