Adding signature by Custom fields
To create a perfect footer first you need to go to Settings → Integrations → Email accounts and fill the information about you in Edit Settings. You can fill all the fields or just the ones you’d like to use in your signature:
If the fields are filled out, go to Messages and choose Add new template. When the message is ready, choose the Sender’s custom fields to create a perfect signature (if you're not familiar with the concept of custom fields, check this article).
NOTE: If you don’t want to have a blank space between each line of your signature, simply press Enter+Shift instead of just Enter.
When the signature is ready, you can switch on Message preview to see how it looks like in the message. You can still change the information such as e.g. your first and last name on the right.
Adding logo to your signature
You can also add your logo to the signature - simply upload a picture to a server and Go back to your template. Click the image creator tool. In the image creator window, paste the direct link in the URL field and make sure to provide relevant alternative text. Here you can read more about uploading pictures. Then change the size and move the image wherever you’d like it to be in your signature.
If you would like your Growbots signature to look exactly like your email signature, simply copy and paste your signature from your email. Please note that any logos or images will have to be hosted and then inserted into your signature via Add images feature.
If you have a team working within Growbots and would like their signatures to match their email signatures, you can copy and paste the signature in each template. These templates should not be shared as the signatures will be unique. Sender custom fields are recommended if you would like to share templates.
Voila! Your signature is ready to be sent!
