Correctly set DNS records might be the key ingredient in avoiding being labeled as spam email. To do that, you first need to know where to set them. No worries though, we present you a short tutorial on how to add new DNS records for the most popular providers, enjoy!
1&1
- Go to https://account.1and1.com/ and login using your credentials
- On the left hand side, under My Products label, click on Domains
- Find the right domain and click on the Cogwheel to the right (under Actions column) and then on DNS Settings in the dropdown menu that will appear
- At the bottom of the page you will find a panel named TXT, CAA, CNAME and SRV Records. There will be a blue button called Add Record beneath all currently registered records. Blick the button to add a DNS record
Google Domains
- Go to https://domains.google/
- Click on manage my domains in the top right corner and login to your account
- Click on My domains
- Find the domain you want to add the DNS record in and click the DNS button of that domain (under DNS column)
- Scroll to the Custom resource records section
- Add field values in the grey boxed area using the + icon and Add button. This will add the DNS record to your domain
GoDaddy
- Go to https://godaddy.com/ and Sign In using the button in the top right corner
- In the Products tab, find the Domains section
- In the section, find the right domain and click on the DNS button on the right
- Scroll down until you find the Records tab
- Use the button Add at the bottom of the tab to add your DNS record there
Siteground
- Go to https://www.siteground.com/ and login using the button in the top right corner
- Click on My account tab, then Go to cPanel button found below the Manage your account tab
- Find the Domains tab and click on Advanced DNS Zone Editor
- Choose the right domain from the dropdown menu
- Go to Add Record and add your DNS record here
Hover
- Go to https://www.hover.com/signin and login using your credentials
- Find the right domain in the Manage my domains tab and click on its name
- Find and click on the DNS tab, below domain details
- Click the Add new button to add your DNS record here
Namecheap
- Go to https://www.namecheap.com/ and login using the Sign In button in the top left
- Click the Domain list button on the left hand side
- Find the right domain and click the Manage button
- Click the Advanced DNS button
- Use the Add new button to add your DNS record
Bluehost
- Sign in to your account here
- Click on Domains button in the top panel
- Click on the Zone editor button
- You can add your DNS record under Add DNS record tab
