How to use your credits
We want to be sure you are using enough of your credits so that you have the best chances of getting warm replies. If you are not familiar with credits, start by referencing this article.
1,000 credits per month
Our most successful clients use at least 1,000 credits each month. Larger teams will go through many more credits while smaller teams should still be shooting for using 1,000 credits per month.
Timing and sequence
The average campaign (which has 4-6 emails in the sequence) can take up to a month and a half to complete. We are aiming to get the timing down to a month. With this knowledge, you want to be sure you are sending Monday - Friday so that you can get as many emails out as possible. We recommend sending the emails in the morning and having 3-5 days in between each email so you are not bothering your prospects. If you have a longer sequence, you should space out your emails even more, like 5-7 days as you get deeper into the sequence.
How to structure your campaigns
Campaigns should have at least 500 prospects in them. This gives you enough data to see what is working in your sequence and where you can improve.
We know that we want 500 prospects per campaign, use 1,000 credits each month, and each sequence takes about a month to run that contains 4-6 emails. So how do we achieve this?
If you are the only user within your account and your email limit is 200 per day or less, there are ways in which we can accomplish 1k credits per month.
The best way is to add another email channel to your user account under Settings> Integrations. You can connect as many email channels as you wish, so be sure to utilize this. The emails you connect need to be older than 3 months old. If your email address was created recently, be sure to build up the sending reputation before you start bulk emailing.
6 emails in my sequence:
- The first 2 emails go out the first week
- 2 follow up emails goes out the second week
- 1 follow up email goes out the next week
- 1 break up email goes out the following week
6 emails, being sent over a month timeline.
To find how many emails you need to send per day:
(Number of prospects you wish to contact * The number of emails in the sequence) / Number of days available you have to send = Number of emails you need to send per day
If you have 2000 prospects, a 6 emailed sequence, and 21 days to send, that will calculate to 571 emails needed to send per day.
To find how many email addresses to connect to Growbots:
Number of emails you need to send per day / Your email limit = Number of email accounts you need to attach to Growbots
571 emails per day divided by my 200 email limit = 2.8 or 3 email addresses needed.
How many prospects to send to get X warm replies:
Growbots has an average a 3% warm reply rate. The more people you contact, the greater the chances of getting a reply.
Number of responses you want / 0.03 = how many people you need to contact
If I would like 10 warm replies, you would need to contact at least 333 prospects for the best chance.
Example scenario based on time constraint
You have 2 weeks to get 4 emails to 3,000 prospects. We want to send Monday - Friday, so that is 10 days of sending.
(N * M) / (L * X) = how many email accounts you need
N = number of prospects
M =number of emails
L = email limit
X = number of days you have to send
The tips above are should be used as a guideline. Each account is different, such as how many campaigns you have running in tandem, how many emails you can send out per email address, target audience, how many credits you have etc.
