I received an out of office message and it was qualified as cold reply - how can I reschedule it?

Simply choose Actions → Change reply status and in the pop-up window select an Out of Office option. You can straight away select the date to reschedule the campaign for this prospect. Read more

How can I change reply’s status?

Our AI qualifies the prospect’s reply as warm or cold reply. If you want to change the reply status, you simply need to click on Actions -> Change reply status.

How can I check if my prospect replied?

You need to open an adequate campaign or go to My contacts view and check the Status. If you see Cold reply or Warm reply status - it means that there’s new reply from the prospect in your inbox. Read more
