Statuses are assigned to all prospects according to their reactions, progress of the campaign or alerts:
- our algorithm classified the reply as a positive one
- our algorithm classified the reply as a negative one
- you received an out of office reply
However, if you don't agree with the system's automatic choice, you can change the prospect's reply status (Actions -> Change reply's status):
- prospect has been exported without sending any campaigns
- prospect clicked on an unsubscribe link
- campaign has been scheduled but no emails were sent yet
- at least one email has been sent
- entire campaign has been sent and the prospect hasn’t replied
- you paused the campaign
- you qualified/unqualified the prospect before the first message was sent
- we were unable to send the most recent email in the cadence due to sync problems with your email account
- we received a bounced reply: the email address is invalid. Our system automatically gives you back credits for all prospects with the status Email bounced
- you have disconnected the email account used in this campaign and we couldn’t send emails
- whenever you are doing some operations on prospects (like pausing), they get Processing status which means that some operations are being done in the background. If everything goes right, the status will change (you can try refreshing), but if it gets stuck for some reason you can pick Unmark processing options which will revert the change back to the previous status.
