Build your inbound process in Growbots

This use case will allow you to:

  • Expand your pipeline, by contacting leads who already were interested in your website or offer

Time to set up in Growbots: 60 min

You’ll need to build the campaign, as well as the integration with Zapier, which in total shouldn’t take you more than 45 - 60 minutes.

What it’s all about?

First, you should set up an integration between, for example, a form you have on your website, a tool you are using to gather information about people visiting your website, and Google Sheets.

Then, you can build another integration using Zapier, between Google Sheets and Growbots, which will create a new prospect in Growbots, whenever a new contact is added to the Sheet.

You’ll also need to remember, that the added contacts will be in the Prospecting tab, meaning, you’ll have to accept them and schedule them.

Also, you don’t need to build a Zapier integration, you can always manually add prospects to the campaign, you’d be using to convert your inbound leads.

Thanks to that, you’ll have a streamlined process of contacts going from your website to Growbots, so you’ll be able to contact them shortly after they visited your page.
