Everyone wants their desk to be neat, right? And so are we! In this article you'll learn how to hide the campaigns, templates and sequences that clutter your account:
Archiving a campaign
If you want to archive the ongoing campaign, you have to pause all scheduled messages. Don't worry, you don't have to pause all of them manually, just click Pause all scheduled messages in selected campaign when the pop-up window appears.
Archiving a campaign means that you won't see it on the list of Current campaigns and won't be able to schedule messages or generate prospects within this campaign.
NOTE: You won't be able to generate the prospects who already exist in archived campaigns. In order to do that, you'll have to delete all these prospects.
You will be able to find all the archived campaigns once you move to Archived view in the Campaigns tab. You can always restore a campaign from the archive when you need it and schedule the next batch of messages then:
NOTE: Draft campaign can’t be archived, just deleted.
Archiving a template
Archiving a template means that it will remain in sequences and campaigns where it's used, but you won't see it:
on the list of templates when creating new sequences
on the list of templates in the Templates tab
In order to archive the template:
Move to Templates tab,
Put the pointer on the template that you want to archive,
Unfold Actions menu and select Archive,
Confirm your actions by clicking Archive button on the pop-up screen.
You can always restore a template from the archive when you need it (Actions -> Restore). You will find it in Archived section of the Templates tab.
NOTE: There are no consequences to archiving a template apart from disappearing from the lists.
Archiving a sequence
Archiving a sequence means that it will remain in campaigns where it's used, but you won't see it:
