No matter if you're new or not, the dashboard is one of the most important tabs in the app, where you can check your timeline, make sure you're sending out the right number of replies, compare your results or generate reports. Sounds like a lot? Let's get into it!

Recently, we implemented some changes that gave our dashboard a fresh look. We wanted this page to be as clear as possible, but also with all the necessary details. First, let's focus on the general layout.

  1. In the top left corner, we left the number of credits available, so that you can easily check how many prospects from our database you can still contact in the current billing period.

  2. Right next to it, you can decide whether you wish to work with our partners and let them run the campaigns for you. It's definitely convenient for those who don't have much time for outreach, but still realize how much benefits it can bring.

  3. If you want to keep an eye on your results and be able to quickly review the open/click/warm reply/reply rates and perhaps even compare them with the previous week - this spot will be perfect for you. It's a great opportunity to have everything under control and be able to react if something is not going the way it was planned.

  4. In the top right corner, we have a place for the next steps suggested by the app. It can be especially useful if you're new and ready to take outreach into your own hands. We'll be more than happy to guide you a little, not only with our onboarding, but also with some tasks that will let you get a better lay.

  5. Here, you can see the timeline - how many messages you're sending each day, how many are scheduled for the upcoming days or weeks. Just choose the dates and see if you're fully using the potential of your email channels! I bet you don't want to waste even a day.

  6. Last but not least - a brand-new benchmark section with the statistics! Seems like a fantastic opportunity to see how you're going with your campaigns. I know comparing yourself is not always a good idea, but sometimes it can really motivate or even inspire. Let your campaigns grow!

Seems like a lot? That's not everything we have for you! If you scroll down, you'll see the in-app reports that you can generate.

Just choose the report you'd like to see, pick the dates, and download it! It will be sent to the email address you use to log in. And if you're even more data-hungry, check our Custom Reports here.

And there's one thing that hasn't changed, but it's very much worth mentioning - the Deliverability dashboard.

Connect your email, check your DNS records, and make sure if your emails are performing well by checking Reply Rates and Open Rates. That's not all - check your sending limits, your general Deliverability Rates and Deliverability Rates per email provider. If you end up in SPAM only for one provider, you'll be able to react immediately, and start contacting prospects who don't use this particular provider (find more info in Webiste technologies filter while targeting). You'll also have a chance to check your Warmbots activity to see if everything is in order.

Also, with just one click you'll be able to edit your email's settings, make sure your deliverability is in place by performing a test, change sending limit, and see scheduled prospects. We all know how important deliverability is, so this place it perfect if you want to make sure your campaigns and domains are safe. Just come here, look at the rates, look at the DNS and... breathe - we got your back!

We truly hope you like our new dashboard. Its functionality is the most important factor for us, so if you have any feedback, please let us know. We'll be happy to hear what you think. You know where to find us (customers@growbots.com)!
